The Oven Lincoln Reviews
Great Indian in Lincoln! Jul 29, 2010
I was sooo in the mood for good Indian and got my wish!
Like most Indian restaurants there was plenty of vegetarian dishes to order from. I decided to go with the Aloo Chole. The entree came with rice and a choice of soup or salad. I went with the soup which was traditional Mulligatawny soup. I ordered the samosas and papadum for app..
Everything was great except I forgot to order my food with medium spice. My father had something with shrimp and that made him happy. :P
The restaurant had a great atmosphere. classy with some interesting pieces of art and photographs on the walls. Plenty of seating available outside. The service was great and prices were decent!
The place might be hard to find. Its located in the Hay Market district on the corner of North 8th street and P street. The signage for the restaurant is not very noticeable. if you see the Ten Thousand Village store just look diagonally across and you will see it..
