Glendalough was a bit of an anticlimax for me. Not that it was bad or anything, but it looked like the Smokies or tons of other places that I've seen before. The lake however was lovely, dark and mysterious.

Okay - so after finding myself all alone for a day ( travel companion is at a conference working argh!) I decided to check out the brochures in the reception area. I know too touristy but occassionally you do find a good one …… Wild Wicklow ---- What an adventure! |
