As to the furnishings of the interior the Observant church in Warta belongs to the richest ones in Poland. It was founded in 1467 but its Baroque look was achieved at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. The main altar with the figure of Mary Assumed into Heaven and four side pictures coming from the 1st half of the 18th c. are the characteristic examples of the Baroque art.

Some masterpieces of the sculpture such as a marble sarcophagus with the figure of RafaƂ of Proszowice, with alabaster low relief from 1640 and the tombstone from the beginning of the 17th c. of saintly Melchizedek from Warta are worthwhile a visit.
