The Natural Café is not for everybody, if you are not into whole wheats and veggies, you might want to go somewhere else.

The Old Town or the Natural Cobb Salad are my favourite, they always taste fresh and healthy, even though the ingredients are not organic produce. I also enjoy the kiddies’ burrito with brown rice, black beans, and cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, with a side of blue tortilla chips and salsa. It seems that many of the dishes have the chips and salsa as a side dish.

The restaurant also offers combination plate where you can have soup and salad, salad and a sandwich or soup and a sandwich, which I like when I can't decide what I want to eat.

The food is ordered at the counter and you get your drinks from the fridges next to the counter. You also need to get your own utensils and napkins from a counter, where they also provide you with glasses and ice. The food is brought to you; you have the choice of eating indoors or on a little patio.

At the downtown location, the restaurant is connected to a small shop that sells alternative medicines, clothing from Southeast Asia, books about yoga, incense sticks, and many other things.
