Pretty Good May 15, 2014
Excellent breakfast, probably the best pancakes that I ever had. We also tried the lunch one day. My wife ordered the club with gluten free bread which was pretty good but after a few minutes the waiter returned to check the food and realized that the sandwich had regular bread. He did apologize and brought back the correct order (also subtracted $5 from the bill) but my wife did get sick from it. Parking is a little pain but overall we were happy with the place and recommend it.

Go Here! Aug 10, 2011
Mission is awesome! It has huge portions, great variety of a menu and even some items you have probably not heard of! Perfect hangover meal in the morning and especially if you have a significant other to split the huge meal with, it helps cut cost and is enough for the two of you! It is in a good location from whether you are staying in PB or MB, it is nice to just walk to beach and then cut over when you can. There is always a wait on weekends but easy to kill time with the beach a 30 second walk across the street. I would highly recommend this to someone in the vicinity and looking for a good large meal to get the day going with. P.S. Rosemary Potatoes are by farrrrrrrrrrrrr the best thing on the menu and one of the ultimate hangover cures hahah! :)

Best Breakfast EVER Sep 01, 2009
This chino latino restaurant was voted San Diego's best breakfast in 2008, and with good reason. Make sure you bring your appetite, because the portions are huge.

My first breakfast (I went there 3 times!) was the Rosemary Breakfast with eggs, rosemary potatoes and thick rosemary bread. Fantastic! 2 days later I had the blackberry pancakes. The pancakes are made with fresh whole pieces of fruit and pancake batter that feels more like cake. The pancakes are the size of large dinner plates and a full order comes with 3. If you can't decide what to order, you can always add a single pancake to any breakfast. My third breakfast was a mixed berry muffin to go. The muffin contained fresh berries and cream cheese.

There is almost always a wait if come before 1:00 pm, but don't let that stop you. The food is well worth it! Also, check their website for great coupons.
