The Milkman Guesthouse Pushkar Reviews
Really cool cosy guesthouse Aug 04, 2012
I loved my stay in The Milkman Guesthouse! We arrived down the tiny alley to the guesthouse and standing outside it was a cow that wouldn't move, we were trying to get it out of the way so we could enter the guesthouse but its feet were firmly planted there, the owner heard the noise outside and throw water out the window and it made the cow move on. You hav to climb a few floors to get the the reception and restaurant. The restaurant is great, really comfy, either sit at a table or down on the floor on these comfy cushions which we opted for everytime! The food there is good and the staff are a laugh. You get to watch the monkeys playing around outside in the grass from the window! We got lucky with our room, we got the room next to the restaurant which I believe was the best room! There was three of us and we go this double bed bunkbed, really cosy and tv and an ensuite, hat you could kinda see through the walls as it was this kinda plastic wall stuff but it was fine. It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed it! Our room was about 700 ruppees a night between the three of us, but there was cheaper rooms avaiable.
