The Met Hotel Leeds

I stayed at the Met hotel for the first time recently and was really impressed.
We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms -think it only cost about £5 extra per person to do this and was well worth it. The bed was huge - and the bathroom had fab freebies and 2 sinks - what more can a girl ask for?
The only downside to this hotel was it was noisey in the early hours on the street directly outside - but with its handy location this didn't bother us too much.
Breakfast was included in the price that we paid- you have 2 choices - you can either have it in your room free of charge between certain hours or go to the dining room. We went to the dining room which was a big mistake as it seemed everyone in the hotel wanted breakfast at the same time and we ended up having to wait in reception for about 30 mins before there was a table for us.
I would stay in this hotel again. I booked it through the Superbreak website which was much cheaper than booking directly through the hotel itself.
I come from leeds so I am biast in saying that it is a fantastic city for a great weekend away.
