The Matte Factor Reviews

Aug 06, 2007
The Matte Factor is by-far my favorite place to visit religiously. Hand carved tables, benches, chairs, bars, and a warm glow from the wood are the first things to great you when you walk in. Up at the counter you can order regular Mattes (a kind of tea), Iced fruit juice Mattes (the peach is my fav.), Chai Mattes, and much more, like fresh blended smoothies! They also serve the most amazing sandwiches, the Turkey Rueben and Pauper always hit the spot. But one must never leave out the Omelletes. The best thing about The Matte Factor is it is open with full service 24/6. Hungry at 3 am on a Wednesday? Don’t go Denny's where you can seizure from odd chemicals and preservatives, go to the factor and get a fruit smoothie and a Deli Rose! The place is owned and operated by a religious group called The Twelve Tribes, there life reminds me of the Amish, but they are not nearly as strict, and most of the people are born again Christians. If you like to listen or discuss religious theories they will love you. Sit at the bar and open a Bible and watch there faces light up. If you try to stay far away from religious topics don't shy away, if you don't talk to them about religion they won’t shove it down your throat. Just sit back day or night (but not Friday, it's Sabbath) and relax in the warm glow of wood under the shadows of the Rocky Mountains!!!
