I've stayed here once and it's a cute Victorian hotel in the Japantown/Pacific Heights area. The rooms and beds are pretty small but it's not too bad for just one night. A standard room is a little over $100 per night and parking wasn't too pricey if I remember correctly... they won't try to rob you like the hotels downtown ;)
It's an old hotel and filled with antique furniture and decorations. There is breakfast in the morning with bagels, pastries, etc.- similar to what you would find at a typical 3 star hotel. Apparently they've now reopened a cafe with a butterfly collection. And according to the website, the fourth floor has a ghost... maybe you can request a fourth floor room if you're into that sort of thing ;) |
