The Lodge & Spa at Inchydoney Island

Thinking of taking a spa break well The Lodge & Spa at Inchydoney Island is amazing. As you drive up you see the huge long sandy beach to your right and slowly feel the tension melt away. the hotel has a lovely bar that is looking out on the ocean the food is good and a nice mix of tourists locals family's and surfers. The spa it self wonderful the treatments were fab but the relaxation room looking out over the beach was amazing you feel the stress leave you in an instant. The Lodge & Spa at Inchydoney Island is kid friendly for those with kids but they do have times you can use the hydrotherapy baths. The rooms are nice and large and very clean the Restaurant is lovely I recomend the fish it was amazing. All in all great place to go to leave the world behind. If you are looking for adventure try the surfing the west cork surfing school do 2 hour lessons great fun
