Spend a lot on OK food, and shitty service Dec 17, 2011
We walked into The Lion and the entryway was tiny and crowded with people standing around at the bar, while having to hover over small tables of people eating. We had a 9pm reservation and were waiting for at least 20 minutes before we were seated. Then we sat and had to beg for water for the table after 15 minutes of waiting. It was pretty insane for a restaurant that is supposed to cater to the posh and well to do. and this place was full of them. It smelled like money in there.

Anyway, the food was ok. I ordered a butternut squash soup and as appetizer, and Chicken for the main entree which was on, but not necessarily worth the $30. There are better places to dine if you want to spend over $100 on a meal and drinks.
