Great and classy neighborhood bar Sep 24, 2008
Great hotel (bar) in North Adelaide. Many tables outside for al fresco dining where you can see the beautiful people of North Adelaide. Interesting and varied menu. Monday night is curry night (Sri Lankan and South Indian style) -- be prepared to sweat. The lion burger is a good value paired with a beer (deal starts Australia day 26 January). Next door they have a beautiful restaurant for more formal dining.
At night its a well known local hangout. Live bands. Nice friendly crowd. Be sure to have a Coopers, the local brew. Good stuff!
