You are collected by mini bus from your hotel in Victoria Falls or Livingstone. Then driven to the lodge in a wildlife area just outside the town.

First Up - Safey briefing.

You then walk for 10 minutes through the bush when you stop and meet two or three staff members, a cameraman and the lions

The lion cubs were resting under the shade of trees. Being an hot afternoon walk. The lions werent as playful as a morning walk would have been. They were the size of an adult labrodor.

You then go for 45min-60min walk with the lions walking in and out of the group.

Besides the 2-3 guides with you. There are a large number of spotters spread out around you which you will not see. They are on the look out for other wild animals. (Most of which you really really want to avoid)

The cubs taken out with guests range in age from about six months to about eighteen months.

There were 2 opportunities for a personal photo of my patting the lion. And more then enough time for photos and videos of the lions playing together.

Once the walk is over and before you are driven back to your hotel. You spend another 30mins eating and drinking (Wine Beer of Soft Drink)all provided in the cost.

Lastly you sit around and watch a video of your experience. You are offered a dvd of the experience -$20USD.

COST: $125 USD

Conclusion: I felt this was over priced. But most things are in livingstone/Vic Falls. I will proberly do it again next time I go.
