The Kickstand Lodge

The Kickstand Lodge is a motorcycle Camp Ground in Stecoah, Graham County North Carolina. The Kickstand Lodge is what Old School motorcycle camping is all about; there are cabins, bunkhouses or tents from Mo & the gang or pitch your own tent & RV sites. There are some camp grounds in the area that are fancier but none more welcoming. A stream runs the whole length of the campground. I saw people catching rainbow trout, once again No Fish for Old School. A fish pond with daily magic fish shows twice a day. Fire rings are a great place enjoying the camaraderie of other riders & trying to get them to believe your BS. Be sure to ask about their Group Events you will be glad you did. Bath Houses are always clean & well stocked & warm it was cold when I was there.

Tell Mo Old School says Hi & will be back in 2009! Do not drive by if you find yourself in Stecoah N. C. stop for at least one night no matter what time it is!
