A super cafë Feb 10, 2017
This attractive café on Burgar Street in the heart of Fort Cochin contains many fine contemporary art works both in the leafy semi-open-air café and also in its vestibule that serves as a small art gallery. It gets very busy. Best time to find a table is early morning.

Snacks and drinks are on offer. The omelettes are particularly good. Great drink offerings include superb iced tea, the best coffee (try the 'press coffee') in Cochin, and lovely lemonade.

Great place to meet other travellers Sep 22, 2008
The Kashi Art Gallery also has the Kashi Art Café, which is located in a nice garden with plenty of roof coverings in case there is a downpour. It’s a very atmospheric place, stuffed with art and all kinds of travelers. If you are looking to meet new people or spontaneous Travbuddies, this would probably be the best place to go in Kochi.

Next to that, the Kashi Art Café is also a good place to have breakfast or lunch (they close at 7.30 AM). They have a daily changing menu, but if it’s chocolate cake- day, make sure you order it, it is to die for!
