The Impala Hotel Arusha Reviews
Affordable, Very Comfortable and Friendly staff Dec 28, 2008
I recently attended a meeting in Arusha. We were hosted in Impala Hotel - I must say is extremely busy Hotel with loads of international tourists. As I checked in, I noticed the hotel decor and lounge that was immaculate and also the front of house staff - very efficient. I was checked in in less than 5 mins and quickly ushered to my executive room by a porter who was on standby. The room was very comfortable not to mention how spacious and airy it was. I also was impressed by the amenities in the room since I paid a very reasonable amount. The conference hall was nicely arranged with modern state of technology, the meals- Buffet over lunch had a variety to choose from and lastly I was very happy with service offered by the waiters. Later that evening - Our group was taken 25 Kms by Hotel shuttle to a lodge affiliated with Impala Hotel - Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge. This was a treat for the entire delegation- We enjoyed dinner over looking Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru , Live band and later returned to our Hotel. I have the beautiful memories from this trip and I recommend that you visit the Hotel while in Arusha. PS. Dont forget to ask about the cuisines, I am still Mesmerized !!!!!!
