The Hotel Lemnos

Checked into our room it was very dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. The basin, toilet and shower areas were all covered in grime and hairs. I had to clean the bathroom myself.
Two days later the room flooded, there was an inch of water on the floor in our room but the bathroom was completely dry! Alot of our belongings got absolutely soaked. When we went down to reception we were told that this had happened before and we were moved into a new room (which was also filthy). Later that evening the hotel owner Bill started blaming us for the leak saying we didn't know how to use the shower curtain properly, he was very hostile. He also decided to ignore the fact that the bathroom was bone dry and the water was only in the room and that it had flooded before. The next day we were told that we would have to pay extra for our new room.

By the way breakfast consists of a roll, a flask of lukewarm water and a sachet of Nescafe.

We moved to another hotel immediately, there is no excuse for poor cleanliness and rude customer service.
