The Harbour Hotel & Residence Dubai

So maybe I'm a country bumpkin and haven't been to many hotels.. yet but this had to be the best hotel I have ever been to!
I was escorted to my room and my luggage was take up for me separately. Once I got to my room there were drinks made up along with individually wrapped sweets. Have to say I was a little bit shocked by the service, I thought it was so great!
There was everything you could ever want in the hotel room, which is more like an apartment! They had a massive TV in the living room and the master bedroom, which I spent nights glued to- its always interesting watching the news from another angle.
Don't worry about getting a marina view because it will be more expensive and the view you get out of other rooms are just as good!
The spa is amazing, they have lockers that include a towel, a bottle of water and toiletries made up (just request for a key when going to the pool). I will just point out that in the spa men and women are separated so if your planning a hot jacuzzi with your girlfriend you might want to go somewhere else.
The swimming pool is on the 5th floor (along with the spa), its a decent enough pool to get some exercise but its generally used for chilling out. Believe me when I say you won't have a lot of energy for swimming.
For dinner there is an unlimited amount of restrants that you can go to
but if you decide to go to the one in the Hotel, I'll give you a word of warning. The restraunt does not offer any vegetarian options! The view is amazing however as you are at the top of the building, so try and book in advance and get a window seat!
Since visiting I have heard it is "the" place to go so if you want to look cool then I would go here.
