The Happy Greek, South Campus Gateway

The Happy Greek is located in the South Campus Gateway on High Street, next to the movie theater. The food was excellent. A group of about 14 of us went for lunch, and everybody loved their meal. Unlimited bowls of pita are served with every meal, and there's a great selection of dips for appetizers. But don't fill up to soon! The gyros are huge and delicious. I have had both lamb and seafood dishes there, and both were outstanding.

A few of us went back for happy hour the following week. Dollar domestic and two dollar draft beer. (Try the Happy Greek ale - it's delicious!) $2 well drinks. And (I think) half price appetizers.

There are a few tables outside, plus two floors inside. There's a bar on the first floor. Great food, great service. Two thumbs up!
