The Frog and the Peach

The Frog and the Peach has been going strong in New Brunsiwck for 25 years. It was around way before the current trend of hot new restaurants came with this city's recent renaissance. I have been here quite a few times, usually for special occassions like birthdays and New Year's. With two indoor levels and outdoor heated tent area, your experience can be different each time you come depending on where you sit. The service quality can range quite a bit from one visit to the next, but the food is always good. The name came from a Dudley Moore routine about a restaurant that only serves frogs and peaches. They don't currently have frogs on the menu, but this last time I went, they did have a tasting menu featuring peaches in every dish.
