The Fore Shore Mar 11, 2009
The Picton Fore Shore run right along the front of the beach in front of the cafes and shops.

There is a large grassy area for sitting in the sun and many benches to sit in the shade of the palms, where you can relax and dream.

Dozens of sea gulls await scraps of bread that the children feed to them.

There is a great children's area with lots of swings and slides etc.

Frequently stalls are held on this stretch of grass, selling many wonderful craft items, like jewelery and art work.

There are carefully tended gardens that look beautiful, and even a special scented garden for the blind that always smells divine.

It is only a stones throw from all the waterfront cafes where you can dine or have a coffee or glass of wine.
