Nestled inside the Paris Hotel and Casino's replica of the Eiffel tower, guests get to dine while catching a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas strip. A glass elevator takes you up to the eleventh floor of the tower, and when you step off you find yourself in the midst of one of Las Vegas's finest kitchens. From there, you are escorted to the dining room where you are taken over by the all of the activity that is just outside the windows. The restaurant is encased in glass giving a panoramic view of the Strip, and a front row seat to the Bellagio water fountain show. The dining room has a warm, yet elegant ambiance, and the metal framework from the tower cuts through the walls breaking up the sections of the room.
If you are going for the full experience, I definately suggest starting off with the Foie gras and marinated grapes; something light, yet satisfying to start off the exquisite dining experience. Next, I suggest the Sautéed Medallions of Veal. Chef Joho and his staff prepare them to the perfect level of tenderness, so much so that you can cut it with a fork. The mere scent has your mouth watering before it even touches your utencils. And finally, finish your dining experience with the Classic Crème Brulée. Here, you will find some of the greatest Crème Brulée that you will ever have in your life. Cooked to perfection and adorned with raspberries and a wafer.
With all of these delectable dishes prepared just for you, throw in a sassy little black dress for her and a nice suit for him and you're ready for a night of sheer elegance and sophistocation. Just be prepared for this to leave a dent in your wallet, becuase dinner for two here will be pretty pricey.
