During my visit to Portland, Maine, both my friend and I got hungry and decided to find somewhere to grab and early dinner. After looking at several restaurants in the area we decided on The Dry Dock because it had a nice menu with many options, including a menu for the specials of the day which took up two boards.
Dry Dock is two stories, but we ended up at a table on the first floor. It is very open and has a simple yet cozy décor. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, I like that! I ended up ordering the clam chowder and curry veggie burger. I have to say they have a great menu for veggie burgers which is nice, most places only give you one options when it comes to veggie burgers, but Dry Dock has many. The food arrived promptly and was very good, especially for the price. The portions were generous; I couldn’t even finish my meal, though I wish I could.
