Scuba Diving/Snorkel gear/GREAT advice-so helpful!!!! Mar 12, 2009
We spontaneously took it upon ourselves to take a taxi up to Chaloklum to find a dive shop because we'd never gone scuba diving before. This shop was right there-we were looking for a different one from our guide book-so we went in and low and behold---we found these super cool guys who answered our millions of questions and were just all round awesome. Highly recommend you book any sort of diving you want to do with them---they have a website so you can email (or call) and set it up--they'll probably recommend cool places to stay and eat too if you ask!!!!!
Price is comparable to other dive instruction/shops--but they say it's all about having a good feeling about your instructor so we say go for these guys if you are in the area. FYI--it will work out better if you plan in advance-also-they had some gear for sale too.  Part of the Thailand Spring 2009 travel blog
