The Czar is a unique club on the Ybor strip in Tampa, Florida. Ybor is definitely a place you must visit at least once if you are in the bay area. Weekends of course are the best times to visit; weekdays can seem quite dead, except on Thursday nights which is usually college night. The Czar is a pretty cool place to visit. Personally one of my favorite clubs in Tampa. The vibe makes you feel like you are in some club in Russia. They usually play house music and sometimes breakbeats. The crowd there is mostly punk/indie type. All in all this is the club to visit if you like house music in Tampa.
