The Crown Oxford Reviews
A nice likely home pub in oxford Aug 26, 2011
We came to this pub by chance. To get there you cross a small passage and arrive at a terrace in an alley, with tables and chairs and stoves in the streets. Very nice truth. On the left is the pub. It isn´t very big but very cozy. It has a central part where there are the bar and some tables and looks like you're in the lounge of a big house. There wasn´t a lot of people when we arrived, a couple of tables and people in the bar, but despite the short distance between they and us, was not noisy. The sides of this central area there are two areas of tables.
The price of things is not bad, offering a wide choice of meals and some drinks.
It turned out that it was one of the oldest pubs in Oxford, and where Shakespeare used to stop when he visited to this city.
What a coincidence
