The Crescent Hotel Beverly Hills Reviews
a stylish 'homebase' Jul 09, 2014
Just for fun, we wanted to experience living in Beverly Hills even for a day! :)
For our “pied-a-terre,” we choose Crescent Hotel. Built in 1926 as a residence to silent film-stars, this chic little 35-room boutique hotel has a prestigious address around the corner from Rodeo Drive and is within walking distance of everything including the famous cupcake shop; “Sprinkles” along Santa Monica Drive.
Compared with $500.00-and-up Beverly Hills hotels, Crescent Hotel didn’t make me swoon! Nightly rate is from US175.00. We stayed in a 1-queen size bedroom.
I like how comfy their bed sheets and comforters are. I find it unique that the iPod player was already playing some instrumental music when we got inside our room.
The relaxing, cushy sofas in the lounge with indoor-outdoor fireplace feels very swank! At nighttime, the lobby turns into a bar. We had some cocktails.
I would recommend it for inexpensive place to stay in Beverly Hills. However, if there are children; a bigger room is needed but also more expensive.
