Very basic room, but centrally located Nov 25, 2017
An easy location which is centrally located close to Milan central station.A walking distance if coming by bus from Malpensa Airport.

Aiport Bus Express cost 14 euro if purchase a return ticket, while 8 euro if only one way. Save two euro by purchasing a return bus ticket

Malpensa airport is quite far from Milan city center, but luckily you can easily reach the center with shuttle bus. You can catch them outside terminal building 1 and terminal 2 in Malpensa airport. Driving time to the city center takes an hour

The hotel location is close to another shopping street of Milan - Buenos Aires, a 5 minutes walk. From this hotel most sights in Milan are in walking distance, thus, this hotel is quite very center to base in Milan city.

There are plenty of restaurants in the surroundings either going to Central Station or walking tho Buenos Aires street, both side has plenty of places to eat

The hotel staff looks like trained for overly friendly towards the costumers which I'm so surprised. I traveled extensively in Italy, this is by far a hotel which has an enormously friendly staff and fluent in English

Same to our previous trip in Italy we arrived at night time in Milan due to taking an evening flight from Brussels to Malpensa airport. I choose this hotel as we have an evening arrival. The airport shuttle stop just outside Central Station (Stazione di Milano Centrale) and is about 5-10 minutes walking to the hotel. We only had handcarry so we made it to the hotel in less than 10 minutes

The street of Via Benedetto Marcello is lined up with hotels, we had missed The Best Hotel on our walk after realized that we're already too far, so we return to the same street where we already passed

Best to have a map to get here, maps.me is a good source for offline gps walking

The hotel building looks small outside but is wide and deep inside. We were welcomed by a super friendly name (Andrea) and he is very fluent in English, check in goes very fast

I booked this hotel at Booking.com when planning our trip to Milan. Is not our first time in Milan, but I realized Milan can be an expensive city for accommodations, so I'm looking a hotel that suites our budget.

I hold the hotel room at Booking.com untill three weeks before our trip to Milan. Then I canceled the reservation at booking.com and book the room to the hotel website itself, is cheaper if booking straight with them.

You can choose the price for refundable or non-refundable rooms. As I'm for sure our trip to Milan will go on, I book the non-refundable room. The price is payable with credit card, once the booking confirmed, the amount is deducted from your credit card.

The room is basic with twin beds (two single bed) looks depressing with those green beddings but it was okay for us as we're out all day

First thing I noticed when entering inside the room was very hot. However I understand is winter in November during our visit but the heating in the room is automatic and cannot be adjusted so we had to open the window

We had two windows at the back and we thought is a balcony, but is a window facing to the hotel terrace downstairs.

Although is a basic room but there's enough space for luggage. A desk, wardrobe, hangers, television and most of all free wifi

Bathroom is a good size not super clean and the shower is very small. Toiletries is available and clean towels change daily

Breakfast is included in room price: served in the basement. A limited buffet enough to fill an empty tummy in the morning.

The hotel provide guest computers at the lobby. There is an outdoor terrace to sit if the weather is permitted. A vending machine is available where you can take some drinks.

The hotel provided a city map of Milan and they're helpful to pointed you all sights in the city. There are plenty of brochures and coupons available at the entrance. I pay 64 euro per night/room last November 2017, the room is certainly worth the price for its location
