Unique cacti garden worth a visit Feb 22, 2011
Another great sight in Barcelona that's not overcrowded with tourists.

This garden is a collection of cacti and tropical plants, and as such is one of the most important in the world.

It's located on the slope of Montjuic, on the port side. Garden is not a park, but rather a collection of plants and you can stroll around and admire then, together with nice sea views.

I spent an enjoyable afternoon walking around them, and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of shapes and sizes of these plants.

If I remember correctly it's free of charge.
