Thalys (Thalys Bar)

The Thalys trains are a high-speed brand plying routes between Paris, Bruxelles, Amsterdam and Koeln. The trains have a very nice violet / silver livery and offer the best travel speeds for their routes.

First, I'd like to congratulate Thalys for a wonderfully-organised website, giving travellers all information they need to know about their journey.

My own experiences with Thalys were all top-class, and I have found the staff charming and welcoming. I don't know if it's the same person still, but the bar attendant was amazing, fluently speaking French, English, Dutch and German... The Thalyscope offers really useful information about your destinations, besides some interesting interviews with people who "live on Thalys."

I'd reccomend it to anyone planning to visit any two of the following countries France/Belgium/The Netherlands/Germany
