Teteria in the Juderia
Teteria in the Juderia Cordoba Reviews
Teteria in the Juderia Oct 13, 2011
When I was stumbling around the Juderia in Cordoba, I came across this fantastic tea shop. The sign just said "teteria," which basically means tea shop. I assumed that this wouldn't be a problem for reviewing it, but it turns out that it doesn't show up on google. So you will have to find it how I found it, by wandering around.
When you do find it, it is a gem. The tea shop surrounds and fills another beautiful little courtyard, and offers tea, arabic sweets, some morrocan food and shisha. The tea has an extensive menu, and includes specialty teas, teas that say they are traditional Andulucian blends, and Chinese and Indian Teas.
The service is very attentive, but not overbearing. The patio is beautiful and the tea is very, very good. I had a traditional Andulucian one that tasted a little of rosewater.
They are expensive, at around 3-4 Euros a person for tea, but I think it is well worth it.
