Located on the Central Coast, halfway between Sydney and Newcastle, Terrigal is a beachside suburb popular with "coasties" and "out of towners" alike.
With a village-like atmosphere, most of the eating establishments and watering holes are located over a two by three block area. For such a small area there is an impressive variety of dining options: fish and chips shops, bakeries, delis, steakhouses, Thai, Indian, Moroccan, Modern Australian, and Italian. The Esplanade is Terrigal's main street and runs parallel with the beach, which is quite a reasonable size. The beach is anchored at one end by a rock pool and at the other by the entrance to Terrigal Lagoon. On the other side of the lagoon mouth is Wamberal Beach.

In a word - crap. But it had nothing to do it with being a JetStar flight. It was an almost full flight and when there's that many people on board, it's hard to get a decent sleep. Not because they're noisy or anything, but because there's always someone walking down the aisle to get a drink or go to the toilet, shifting in their seat, getting something out of the overhead compartments. So, it turns out that, while I didn't dislocate my shoulder, I've actually given my AC joint (joins the collar bone to the shoulder) a good beating. My physio taped it up and now I'm walking around with one arm looking like it belongs on some steroid-pumped gym junkie whose over-inflated biceps can't fit into their hip pocket :( But I only have to have the tape on for a few days just to help the inflammation go down... that'll learn me.I asked him if it meant I'd have to stay away fro...
