Terrace Hotel Bandar Seri Begawan

My friends and I stayed here once when we unanimously agreed that we had nothing better to do but stay there for a night - yeah I know we were that bored.

The hotel is located in the heart of the capital Bandar Seri Begawan and right next door to it is its higher class neighbour the Sheraton hotel. It used to be known as Ang's Hotel but was changed to Terrace hotel somewhere in the 90s. It is one of the oldest hotels in town (and probably the least occupied too). When we stayed there, there was hardly anyone around.

The room for a single room is $75 per night. In it, a bed, tv, a small bathroom. The hotel was built in the 80s probably and only got its facial uplift in the 90s. They upgraded the outside but didn't touch so much on the interior I suppose as we realised just how old some of the design and things were inside our room.

The hotel has a small pool outside, and a restaurant downstair. Not much I could say about that place really accept for that it is a bit pricey for an old inn. But then again, it has a good location and relatively cheaper than Sheraton.
