Terra Mitica

Terra Mitica is a theme park that is located in Benidorm in Spain. Terra Mitica over looks the city of Benidorm and has great attractions.


The theme park is a great place to go to if you are tired shopping in Benidorm or want to experince soemthing new. There are buses that regular go from Benidorm to the theme park and back, but you have to figure out what bus goes there. It is best to get a taxi, as it wont cost you that much. From city centre it will cost about 11-15 euro one way to theme park or nature park.

The theme park has many rides and attarctions. There are alot of rollercoatsers, but they have other rides if your not intersted in rollercoasters. The cheapest ticket price for a adult is 20 euro, but this is a afternoon ticket, meaning that you have to be there and buy it at a particular time and leave at a particular time. Depending on what month you go on, if it is spring then the afternoon ticket is the best deal, as there are no long queues. In the summer the queues can be long. The price for a whole day ticket is 33 euro

The two parks are spilt up into four different themes, making the pakrs having unique rides in each historic area. For each ride there is specfication on what the ride conists of, and avises, for example if your pregntant you should ride the ride.

The nature park, is spilit into 4 different geogrpahic areas, there is asia, aemrcia, europe etc... each area has animals that relate to the region area. There are two small rides, but you have to pay for them.

If your away on holiday and stuck for something fun to do with the kids then this is an ideal place...a short bus ride from entral benidorm and you can usually find ticket touts around the town as well as being able to pay on the door.
Plenty of food and drink facilities along with toilets and also disabled facilites.
Largest wooden rollercoaster in Europe along with water rides, good for when its hot and all the usual rides most theme parks would have.
Alround good day out and open quite late into the evening when it is high peak of summer.
