Tennessee Aquarium
Tennessee Aquarium Reviews
Aug 31, 2007
The Tennessee Aquarium is located in downtown Chattanooga TN next to the Tennessee River. Newly added to the freshwater exhibits is a display of salt-water creatures, including a pool where you can touch the sharks and sting rays. They say that it takes about two hours to complete the tour, but I would count on at least half a day. Across the street is the IMAX theater. There are wading pools and streams outside, so make sure the kids bring their bathing suits and enjoy the water. Our daughter asked if we could go back and not see the fish, but just play in the water.
Admission: $17.95 adult; $9.50 children. |
