Tempura: Japanese Grill & Restaurant Reviews
tempura: japanese grill & restaurant May 05, 2009
Eating japanese cuisine in the philippines is very very very cheap compared to eating here in europe, where a day of salary is almost spent.
in our last day in the philippines, i asked ben to eat in a japanese resto because we can eat how we want and as much as we want by spending little money.
we were in the largest mall in the philippines, mall of asia and we spotted a japanese restaurant, simply called: tempura.
we went inside and the atmosphere was very cozy. Dim lights against deep red walls, good acoustics and less crowded.
as we looked into the menus and stuff, we couldnt believe our eyes as the prices there are only 1/3 of prices of japanese restaurants in europe.
it is very clean, the tables and chairs are very much arranged, staffs are very attentive and most of all the food was freshly served as we were positioned in front of the sushi bar and kitchen - i can see how the food was prepared.
if you are ever in the mall of asia or in the philippines, try out this japanese restaurant. Super quality authentic japanese cuisine for a price of a day ticket in a public transporation system in a city in europe.
