While in Israel, my friend and I made the mistake of crossing through to Jordan on the Sabbath. With no hired transportation anywhere to be found, we hitchhiked as far as we could go, and decided to jog the rest of the way through the West Bank in 120 degree heat with our 65lbs backpacks. Flying out of Tel Aviv to Italy, I was strip searched, given a complimentary proctology exam, while all of my posessions were held from me in suspicion of being a terrorist. I love Israel! Seriously...

Vandaag zouden we weer terug naar Nederland gaan en dat hiel in dat de taxi ons naar Tel Aviv zou brengen naar het vliegveld. Na slechts een half uur vertraging vertrok het vliegtuig en een paar uur later ben je dan al weer op Schiphol waar ik door de hele familie werd opgehaald.
