 A little bit of quaint England in the heart of Greenwich Mar 17, 2008
I happened upon Tea and Sympathy probably my senior year of high school when I did the most wandering around. I thought it was so cute and the huge pots of tea are in the most adorable teapots. In addition they have yummy little dishes like rhubarb crumble and bananas in cream. Both are delicious!
The service is nice and they have a long list of herbal teas that are magnificent. I accidentally poured the tea straight (instead of pouring it through the strainer they provide) but was delighted to see rose petals and flowers floating around my tea - beautiful! Today I met up with Andi for a quick tea and it was delightful! I have nothing but love, love, love for this girl and I was so happy that she took time out of her day for a quaint tea time with me =) |
