Taqueria Jalisco Fort Stockton Reviews
Mobile Taqueria, aka the Roach Coach Provides Great Construction Worker Grade Food Oct 04, 2010
A day at the plant might go like this "hey you son of a bitch, the roach coach is coming"... that means that taqueria jalisco is shortly approaching.
Taqueria Jalisco is your classic taco truck, that provides construction worker grade food to the various construction projects and gas / manufacturing plants located in the fort stockton area.
So what kind of food do factory worker / construction workers want? It should be big-giant, greasy, spicy, and cheap and thats exactually what the "roach coach" provides.
I'm not sure how many roaches live in the roach coach, and I sure won't comment on if its passed a recent health code inspection.... but they make some damn good food, and service with a smile!
So far I've tried their tacos, burritos, and quesidilla, they also have a philly cheese steak and burger. They have many types of meat available, my favourite is the texas style brisket (since i am in texas!). They also claim to have more exotic (by exotic i mean cheap) meats like cow toungue and brain, and there is a prominent giant can of spam in the back of the truck.
If you have a death wish they have a pile of free jalepeno peppers that you can munch on... they've been sitting out in the sun for multiple days making them extra spicy. Doing so will likely give you resistance to several diseases.... and no I have yet to get food poisening from the roach coach, which is more that I can say about several other businesses n ft.stockton....
Also don't forget to ask for the guac, they don't charge nothi' for it!
