Calle Gran Via 67, Madrid, Spain
Tapas 44 Madrid Reviews
Good value for money Nov 13, 2011
After walking around for most of the morning on some crackers, we were in dire need of some proper food for lunch. Even though this place is on Gran Via it was relatively cheap and seemed quite popular with the Spanish crowd - which is a good sign.
The tapas can be ordered in sizes for one or two persons. If you only want to drink something, you will be assigned to a different location in the restaurant from the eating crowd. We had patatas bravas, fried chicken and cheese wedges. The dishes came together with a bread basket.
The staff did not speak any English, but there is an English menu available if you need it. I would probably eat here again if the opportunity presented itself.
