I took a day trip from Tarifa, Spain to Tangier, Morocco. It's only about an hour and a half across the straits of Gibraltar. It was my first time on African soil and what a day it was! It was just a taste leaving me hungry for more.

The gateway to Morocco.A previously international colony in the era of imperialism. Awesome sight by night: see the other world of Europe from Cafe Hafa where Rolling Stones and Jimmy Hendrix used to smoke hashish and get inspired to write their everlasting songs! Almost, in most popular restaurants and star bucks, people may tell you that Ernest Hemingway and other famous authors ,in the world of literature, once upon a time used to sit there and write the drafts of their famous works!
