To get to Tamga you cross the valley of flowers, but as it is autumn there are not that many flowers left. It is still good for a proper hike along the river and great Kyrgyz scenery. We reizen over de Kyzyl-Bel-pas met fantastisch zicht op de 4800 meter hoge At-Bashy-keten. Na ongeveer  20 km draaien we van de weg af voor onze overnachting in yurts bij de versterkte karavanserai Tashrabat, afgelegen in een dal op meer dan 3200 meter.
