We were married on the grounds of Tambor Tropical and spent a week there. As you pull into the Resort you think you've arrived in Tahati instead of Costa Rica. Gorgeous beyond words and the staff could not have been more kind and accommodating. The units are of local hardwoods and the beds are elevated so that you can see the sun rise right from your bed each morning. The beach in front of the property is unspoiled and wild horses roam and frolick.
The grounds are impeccably kept and the views are spectacular. Very convenient location for seeing most of Nicoya Peninsula and the bus service is very good and reliable. The restaurant on the property is top notch and our dinners were all very romantic - to be taken in our room on poolside. WE HIGHLY recommend Tambor Tropical for all ages! |
