Talisay is a small village lying just down the hill from Tagaytay. There are jeepneys and tricycles going down from Tagaytay regularly. The jeepneys leave when full, so if you are in a hurry tricycle might be the way to go.
Talisay is also the starting point for hiking Taal Volcano. It can seem like the entire village is financially supported by the boats going to Taal Volcano
