Talamini

Ice salon Talamini is a great Ice salon and one of my favourite restaurants to drink my coffee while I`m shopping in the nice old city Dordrecht.
They have 28 different flavours of gelato, the Italian name for Ice cream, made with fresh ingredients, like strawberries, forest fruit, mango, raspberry, lemon, melon, stracciatella, chocolate, cookies and Tiramisu.
They all are delicious and so is the Italian coffee they have, like Italian espresso or cappuccino, served with a chocolate cookie and a very small ice cream with a small glass of water.
They also have very delicious pasticcini, that`s more than cake or cookies.
Pasticcini is an Italian experience of sweet delicacies, for example, with the recognizable taste of Amaretto, Tiramisu or Vaniglia.
Talamini has also different types of cakes, brownies, blondies and muffins.
Every other month they have their cake in the showcase.
The choice is based on the season and the events in Dordrecht.
It`s very clean and the staff is very friendly; there is a time they are closed in the winter, so look on their home page to see when they are open.
It`s really a cosy and good restaurant to drink your coffee, or enjoy your ice cream, when you visit Dordrecht.
