Takeo is a province south south east of Cambodia, which also connected with Vietnam. The major river which pass through the Takeo is Basak River which is the river separate from Mekong river near Phnom Penh.

Takeo is a small town which have national road number 2 pass through it. It has the second boarder post through to Vietnam. If you are planing to travel southern of Mekong in Vietnam, Takeo boarder post is the gate.
