Take a Trip on the Night Bus Travel Reviews

Jun 24, 2007
So I don't have any pictures of a London bus for whatever reason, but I was watching the Graham Norton Show and was reminded of the night bus. For anyone looking for a good time late night, I recommend spending some time riding around on the night bus in London. There are alot of crazy people in this world and I think at least half of them are out after dark. After the bars close in London everyone converges on public transport. These people are an eclectic mix of the wary traveler trying to get to their hotel, the slew of intoxicated people, and the other crazies coming out of the wood works. I remember people jumping out of the back of the bus after ripping their shirts off and they were the normal ones. I have spoken with many people who have had other similar experiences. Depending on the type of person you are, you may want to avoid this, but for the adventurer, go for it, have fun and good luck!

dfoo says: If you don't fancy catching the heathrow express and want to save a few quid, I recommend catching a South West train to Feltham and then getting a bus from Feltham to Heathrow. Slightly slower than Heathrow express (but not by much) depending on where you are. But a lot cheaper. It actually...
byrneharris says: Jbo is right, although it has to be saidd that bargains are out there. When I moved in I had a place in Wembley then a place in Holloway, both non-sharing rooms and both less than £400 a month with 1 month deposit. I saved about £25 a week by cycling and shopped carefully. I recommend food shop...
