Taj Aquada Hermitage, Goa, India Reviews

Oct 19, 2007
Went there on Oct 2006, exactly at the beginning of tourist season. Cjose this hotel since the advertisement shows a very interesting picture about "the old fortress turned into a hotel".
Actually this hotel consist of 3 hotels, The Aguada Hermitage, Fort Aguada Beach Resort and Taj Holiday Village, and we chose Taj Aquada Hermitage, which consist of small bungallow loacted at the hill. Just a walking distance (or request a hotel cab) to drive down to the main building to have the breakfast.
The hotel end at the beach with the portion of old fortress edging the land from the open sea.
The Rangoon Restaurant (Goan language for fishing net) loacted outside teh hotel, a building made from wood and bamboo, serves a nice dinner-buffet with authentic Goan food. The special peri-peri prawns can't be missed!
