The name of the restaurant itself should tell you that this place is all about function and not about form. The food is not great, but it is cheap and plentiful. Lunch specials are only $4.15, and you'll get enough food to last you for two meals. Dinner prices are slightly more expensive. The first time I came here, I ordered a bok choy and beef dish and the food was really good considering the price. The second time I came here I got the combination fried rice. Apparently the word "combination" implies not only the combination of "chicken", "pork", and "shrimp" but also the combination of "hot" and "cold" parts of the meal. While the rice was warm, parts of the chicken and pork were cold. For this price, I don't mind that they prepare some of the food ahead of time, but at least reheat it properly.
