We drove inland a little ways in order to visit Tahquamenon Falls. We were told by many locals that it was definitely worth seeing. We first stopped at the park near the upper falls and walked along the boardwalk, enjoying the scent off the trees, the colorful flora and the sound of the roaring river beyond the tree line.
